How Does Delivery Work?

Vabori offers free standard delivery* for all Australian orders totalling above $75.00. You can expect your parcel to be delivered within 2-8 business days. 

*PLEASE NOTE due to high demand, social distancing requirements and lockdowns, our warehouse/Australia Post are taking longer than usual. This may result in shipping delays. 

*Note that some bulk products have a flat shipping fee, stated in the product description.

We also offer an express postage option present for next day delivery. This option can be selected at the checkout. For more information on next day delivery please read the Australia Post Express Post Guarantee.

How long does is take you to process my order?

Your order will be processed within 24 hours upon receipt of payment confirmation. Typically, if you place your order before midday, it will be processed and shipped the same day which means you should receive your order the next day if you selected Express delivery.

How is delivery calculated?

We use Australia Post calculators to determine the freight charges based on the weight of your order.

Can I track my order?

We will send you a shipping confirmation email when your order is posted. This email includes a link to your customer page on our website where you will be able to view your tracking number. Using the tracking number, a detailed overview can be viewed on Australia Post's page. 

If your order does not arrive within 12 business days, please contact us so that we can follow up the order with Australia Post. If you accept Australia Post's offer for a safe drop, we do not take responsibility for the package. 

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes! If for some reason it doesn't select your location at checkout, please contact us and we will organise it for you!

Returns

Do you have a returns policy?

Yes we do! We have a 14 days returns policy upon the purchase of your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

If the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please follow as below. For information about return shipping, please see below.

If your return item arrives and is deemed unfit by our inspection team for any reason we reserve the right to deny your refund.

Our Customer Service Team will then ask few mandatory questions regarding your return in order to for us to avoid exploitation of the system. Please contact us if you have any questions.

What about return shipping?

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Xiang Ning Pty Ltd, PO Box 4657, Eight Mile Plains, 4113, Australia.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are eligible for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
